Template Terms & Policies

Purchase & Delivery

When you purchase an Elo Creative Studio Squarespace Template, you’ll receive a Contributor invitation link within 48 business hours to accept the template as a new website. Please not that your template will not be added to an existing website.

It is your responsibility to accept the invitation and add yourself to the account within 10 business days. If your contributor invitation remains unclaimed after 10 business days, I will make every effort to contact you through the contact method you provided at time of purchase. If the link still remains unclaimed after 30 business days, your site will be deleted.

I always strive to email your template to you within 48 business hours, but please understand that this time frame may vary due to potential unforeseen circumstances. Please send me an email if it has been over 48 hours. Please note that there may be a delay on this time frame over the holidays.

Template Changes / Trial Expiration

Once your template is added into your account, it is your responsibility to add your own content & make edits. If you make any accidental changes to the template, I cannot reverse them for you.

Before making any edits, I highly recommend duplicating your demo pages and “favoriting” sections for later use.

You are responsible for upgrading your trial site within your 6-month trial period. If you let your free trial lapse, you will need to reactivate your site with Squarespace. You will not be reissued a new template if your trial expires, you will need to repurchase it.

Refund Policy

All sales are final, and template purchases cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds after the purchase is made. Please be sure to review the template demos and features, the FAQs and requirements prior to purchasing. If you have any template specific questions, please contact me before you purchase.

support policy

I’m happy to help you with issues for up to 90 days after your template purchase date. This includes help relating to the template itself, the install/build, clarifying details from the provided tutorial videos, & any problems that might arise with these. 

Unfortunately, I don't have the capacity to help with general Squarespace related questions, coding modifications or any problems that might arise from them, providing template modifications, or any problems you are having with software.

I offer support via email (support@elocreativestudio.com), and I aim to respond within 2 business days (48 hours Mon-Fri ).

Licensing policy

Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to the template. This means that you may use the template for ONE website. To use the template more than once, you must purchase a separate template for each project. Templates may not be duplicated and / or resold.
