the process

What it looks like to work with me

  • 01. Consultation call

    Hop on a complimentary 20-minute phone call with me to share all about your brand, outline your dreams for your business, and clue me in on what’s frustrating you right now. I’ll ask you some questions and we’ll chat about options and creative solutions.

    I’ll follow up with a formal and detailed proposal that outlines deliverables, timelines, and quotes — so you have a clear picture of all of your options.

  • 02. Onboarding

    If the proposal looks great to you, I’ll send your contract and invoice for your deposit, which is due upfront to secure your spot on my calendar (this is typically 30-50% of your project total, depending on our project scope).

    You’ll receive your brand questionnaire and welcome guide to get started, and we’ll schedule our project strategy call to kick things off before our project start date.

  • 03. Design & Creation

    Time for me to do my thing. I start off with a whole bunch of research and strategy, and then get to designing and writing. Each project phase will be sent to you for review and approval, and I’ll keep you informed each step of the way.

    Depending on the nature and size of the project, we may schedule additional phone calls or Zoom sessions to chat nitty gritty details before the final deliverables are sent to you by our scheduled completion date.

  • 04. Tweaks & Revisions

    Two rounds of revisions are included in your project. If it’s not quite clicking, don’t be shy! I’ll ask for your feedback each step of the way and I’ll edit accordingly so that your project perfectly appeals to your audience and properly encapsulates your vision.

  • 05. Launch

    I’ll run through final testing to make sure everything is ready to go for launch. You’ll receive your final invoice and your files, along with a video walkthrough so that you have all the info you need to make site updates in the future.

    Then all you have left to do is send your brand new website link to your family, your friends, and everyone on your IG stories… and celebrate with a cocktail or two.
