ABOUT THE PROJECT
When Sara of Enuf Period first came to me, she was frustrated and disheartened because her recent website redesign had completely tanked her SEO. Her first bootstrapped DIY site wasn’t perfect — but it was receiving a steady stream of organic traffic from Google. When she hired a design firm to move her site to Shopify, her organic site traffic ground to a complete halt.
When we began work together, the ENUF site was ranking for just 4 organic keywords. Two weeks after launch, that number jumped to 38. And six months later — without any additional blogging support or site updates — the site is ranking for 154 organic keywords.
In addition to boosting visitors to her site, it was important to Sara that her site educate shoppers about CBD and wellness. As someone who uses ENUF’s products myself (they’re amazing) even I was still confused about how CBD works and the differences between CBD products. This is a common issue in the industry, and there aren’t many straightforward resources to reference.
To solve this, the new site features a page exclusively designed to educate shoppers — combining the power of copywriting and design to break up information so it’s easy to understand.
This site remains one of my favorites, and shows how the beautiful design capabilities of Squarespace can be combined with the e-commerce power of Shopify to create a completely custom site experience.
